Tamara Mellon, the Founder and President, of the Jimmy Choo brand featuring mile high stilettos has created a lower priced diffusion line for the swedish mega store H&M.  Jimmy Choo has walked the red carpet on the pedicured toes of such A-List actresses as Cate Blanchett, Halle Berry, Hilary Swank and other young hollywood starlets. Starting on November 14th you too can own a piece of this lifestyle brand.

Jimmy Choo shoes are available in the Madison Ave. boutique and retail for about $600 to $800 and beyond.  The average price for her H&M collaboration is about $70 to $150.  Boots can go up to $299.  Quite a difference…

Starting today on hm.com, you can view the glamorous selection of clothes and accessories from the Jimmy Choo for H&M collection. Plus, preview which stores will carry the collection and additional information regarding launch day.

The collection will be available in most NYC locations.  So there are no fashion meltdowns let me explain the process.  The first 160 people on the line will receive a bracelet.  Bracelets are only needed to shop for the woman’s shoes, bags and accessories.  You will not need a bracelet to shop woman’s dresses or the men’s collection.  If you are not one of the first 160 customers the designated area will open in about 2 hours to all customers.

There is also a purchase limit to make the products available to more customers.  One product (shoes & garments) or piece (accessories) per customer.

So mark your calendars and make sure not to miss the most momentous fashion occasion of the season!
