HEART TRUTH RED DRESS COLLECTION: NY FASHION WEEK A/W 2010

On Thursday, February 11th, 2010 the Heart Truth Red Dress Collection Fashion Show was held at NY Fashion Week in the large Tent.  This is a show that brings together top couture and fashion designers with celebrities to raise awareness of the threat that heart disease poses to women worldwide.  To date more than 60 design houses and 107 celebrities have participated in this show which started in 2002.

The Fall/Winter 2010 show included Bethenny Frankel, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Felicity Huffman, Dara Torres, Estelle, Heidi Klum, Joan Collins, Jordin Sparks, Kim Kardashian, Kimora Lee, Kristen Chenoweth, Mamie Gummer, Pauley Perrette, Raven-Symone, Regina King, Robin Roberts and Valerie Harper. These celebrities strutted the catwalk to music by Rene Goulet.

The make-up was done by Bobbi Brown for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and the hair was styled by Jimmy Paul for Bumble and bumble.  Brian Atwood contributed his brilliantly designed shoes.  The red hot dresses from this show will be auctioned off at www.clothesoffourback.org through March 5th.
