Gwen Stefani, the rockstar and designer behind the label L.A.M.B, is expanding her fashion empire to include affordable clothes for babies, kids and tweens.  Gwen will collaborate on a line of clothing and accessories called “Harajuku Mini” for Target.  The line is set to be introduced in stores and online on November 13th with a second launch taking place in January 2012.

The “Harajuku Mini” will range in price from $3.99 to $29.99 and will have that Japanese anime-inspired sensibility much like her “Harajuku Lovers” line which she launched in 2005.

I’ve always wanted to do a cool children’s fashion line inspired by the supercute and playful kid’s clothing you find in Japan,” Stefani said. “Target has given me the creative freedom to design kid’s clothing that is different than most anything you usually see out there with great quality, attention to detail and most of all, available at amazing prices.”

If Gwen’s own 2 stylish children, Kingston and Zuma, are any indication of what is to come this collaboration with Target should be worth the wait.
